Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness

Yoga and Mindfulness provide children and families with strategies and experiences that help them develop an acute self-awareness, equanimity, and physical well-being.

Children and families experience movement, stories, and games to develop body awareness, concentration, emotional regulation, and overall inner peace.

In schools, yoga and mindfulness are introduced to children in developmentally appropriate ways to encourage their self-awareness, self-regulation, and overall sense of kindness and community.

Yoga naturally gives children a sense of well-being, confidence, empathy, and connection with others.
